(1)Wet wipes packaging machineThe heat sealing temperature is not enough. The problem can be solved by appropriately increasing the heat sealing temperature.

(2) The surface of the hot sealing knife is not smooth enough. The hot sealing knife is divided into upper and lower pieces, which are usually coupled with heat and electricity to sense the transfer of temperature. There are three screws on the hot sealing knife. The screw in the middle plays the role of supporting and strengthening the blade. The other two screws are equipped with pressure springs and gaskets, which are mainly used to adjust the pressure of the hot sealing knife. There are two springs on the upper and lower blades. The main reason for the uneven surface of the heat sealing knife is that the middle screw is inclined and not horizontal. OrWet wipes packaging machineThe pressure of the pressure spring of the upper heat seal knife is uneven. The solution is to recalibrate the position of the middle screw so that it is horizontal. If the upper and lower heat seal knives are unbalanced, they should be realized by adjusting the pressure spring, which can be adjusted to a moderate level. When the spring is allowed to retreat outward, the heat seal knife will fall downward; when the spring of the lower blade is tightened upward, the heat seal knife will move upward.
